To advocate to bring sustained growth into the Turf Industry and improve the persistent labor constraints. I believe we need to be seen, to be heard. We need to connect with students making their career decisions by showing them the many opportunities a career in the turf industry can bring. We need to build relationships with FFA, 4H, and many other agricultural based programs in order to reach the next generation. It's about this community of professionals working together and thinking outside the box to make change and create a new era.
